Fifth Annual Indian Music and Dance Festival
Indian Fine Arts Academy of San Diego's fifth annual Music and Dance Festival will feature approximately 70 artists from India. The festival will also celebrate legendary sitar master Ravi Shankar's 92nd birthday and felicitating violin maestro Lalgudi Jayaraman. This festival also includes the celebration of Lakshminarayana Global Music Festival, and Centenary celebrations of V. Lakshminarayana, Palghat Mani Iyer, Madurai Mani Iyer, and Brindamma. The six-day festival is expected to attract 6,000 people, and will also highlight vegetarian delights from various regions of India.
