Thank you for the information! I hope you do the review for this film. I've been wanting to see it! I do not live in a place where there is a lot of "diversity of films" or "diversity in films".

There was an interesting Norwegian film about a man who works in the slums of Kokata (or is it Mumbai? I forget), where the poor orphan kids often say they love him and want to go with him...but they don't really want to leave a place that is culturally familiar, psychologically safer and less isolating than where he wants to take them. The latter part of the film is full of masala with his ex revealing his own biological child, and her rich husband wanting to defund hus NGO program and all that.

Many movies today start out truthfully, progressively and sensitively...and slowly dwindle into the status quo (or some version of it). I hope this one does not.

I know many couples who have adopted, and know many adult adoptees. Most of them were amazingly well adjusted, happy, had wonderful parents and a good family life. One of them would even joke, whenever her parents upset her, "I am going to tell the world that you are treating me badly because I am adopted!" They'd laugh!

These adopted children were wanted children...hence loved! This is one more reason to not support unwanted pregnancies like the Conservatives who want to control women;s uterus but not corrupt businesses! My friend says, "Strange loonies who also want to colonize the lunar landscape!" What does that mean?

But more than 80% of these successful adoptions were "inside the same ethnic, racial, religious or/and cultural groups".

Having said this let me share something somebody said: "I wish many Conservatives were aborted or adopted into Siberia...close to Chernobyl!"

I am sorry for their outrageous sense of humor! But it is democracy and they can say these things!
